I was born May 11, 1984 in Fort Worth, TX, but was raised in Port Neches. I graduated from Texas A&M in 2006 with a B.A. in Finance and am currently perusing a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary’s Houston branch. I am married to my amazing wife Deena who, graduated from Texas A&M in 2008 and is now teaching at Elkins High School in Missouri City. I love being a part of the lives of students and ministering to their needs. I desire to help them mature in their faith and to understand what it means to walk with the Lord in their everyday lives. I also have a passion for inter-church ministry, and I love the relationships and partnerships that I have developed with my fellow youth pastors in the area.  I enjoy reading, watching movies, listening to music, and playing guitar—though I must confess that I listen to much less music now that I’ve found sports talk radio. I love to watch, talk, and play sports. My teams are the Aggies, Texans, Astros, and Rockets (tickets and invites welcome). Finally, I love the relationships I have built in Christ, here in Pecan Grove, and the wonderful ministry opportunity to which God has called me.
